SHIPPING AND REFUND POLICY

Certificat d'authenticité

ORIGINAL CANVAS

An artist is required to provide you with a certificate of authenticity upon receipt of payment for an original work that you have purchased. Certificates of authenticity guarantee the value of the original work, even if the work of art is not a copy but an original canvas, authenticated by the artist. Keeping this proof is important because it proves that you own the original work. It contains information proving your legitimacy as an owner.

Please note that delivery is not included in the displayed price. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on the item added to the cart.

It is important to note that the paintings are not refunded after their sale. Upon receipt of the work at his home in perfect condition, the new owner assumes responsibility for the property and is responsible for taking care of it. That is, ASIMO assumes no responsibility after the complete delivery of the work if it is damaged by breakage, fire, theft or vandalism. The artist retains the copyright of the work. Plagiarism is prohibited, as well as the sale of reproductions of the work without the consent of the artist.

Tips: Artwork should be stored in a low humidity area; otherwise, the colors of the canvas may change over time. The artist uses materials and mediums, which ensures the long-term beauty and durability of the artwork.

SHIPPING AND REFUND POLICY

Delivery costs are calculated on an individual basis and are not included in the initial price. Indeed, the price of the canvas varies according to the size of the work. The fabrics are delivered from Montreal (Qc) - with GLS (Dicom Transport Group in Canada). Additionally, the artwork can be picked up directly from Asimo's art studio.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 5-10 business days (allow for additional delivery time which will vary from location to location). Land shipments will be provided with a tracking number, insured package with mandatory signature requested upon receipt.

Works ordered together may not be delivered at the same time. You will be notified of the delivery time and the approximate arrival date of your package for each order. If an unforeseen event should occur in connection with delivery times, you will be notified within 7 days after placing your order.
